These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dopy at dopy.app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Dopy ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Dopy provides a link-in-bio landing page, click and view analytics, third-party pixel integration, QR codes, and email/lead capture. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish on your Dopy page. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you publish.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or engage in deceptive practices.
  • Send spam or collect emails without consent.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or violate any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Third-party pixels and integrations

If you connect a Meta, GA4, TikTok, or other pixel, you are the data controller for that processing and are responsible for disclosures and consent required by law.

6. Emails collected

If you enable email capture, you are the controller of the emails submitted through your page. You must comply with all applicable email marketing and privacy laws.

7. Fees

Core features of Dopy are currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future with clear notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Service is discontinued.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
